Ive always been a huge fan of ice packs for many ills; headaches, feeling overheated or tired (used on the back of the neck while lying down) and of course for any sprains, etc. Hormones being the occasionally demonic forces they are, headaches are just a thing that happen sometimes, even if youre super health conscious, active and fit. Im not averse to the miraculous headache-smashing joys of ibuprofen, but while youre waiting for that to work, or if you cant take that, or wont, this is great. Sure, I looked ridiculous and my husband was laughing about it for a good 10 minutes, as was I, lol, but by god its worth it. And yes, he does that every single time I use it, but marriage is all about sacrifice, right?? Initially, right out of the freezer, I find it too cold to wear, so I just hold it and gently press it to the sinuses or affected area, then after 10 minutes or so I find its wearable. It doesnt stay really cold for terribly long, but it also gets cold very quickly in the freezer so I still find this useful. And during the hot, humid days of summer here, I have a feeling this will be in heavy rotation.

Great product. I put it in the freezer and when my head is pounding I pull it out and put it on and relax. Feels great while wearing it.

Although it doesnt completely get rid of my migraines, it certainly provides much needed relief. Im able to sleep through my pain, which wasnt happening before my ice mask. Also, I love the fit. Freezes the nerve endings in the right places and not my ears, thank goodness.

Sometimes the freezer is needed, but usually the nice cool of the fridge temp is just right to help turn off the facial pain and help calm the throbbing. Great investment.

I suffer from migraines, occasionally, and a friend suggested I try this mask. I’m so glad I did!!! I didn’t even put it in the fridge/freezer to get cold. The coolness alone worked well for me! I highly recommend this, not just for headaches, but even for those hot summer days & nights to just cool yourself off.

As someone who is neurodivergent and chronically ill, I’m always looking for products/gadgets/life hacks to make life more manageable. I deal with migraines, as well as mast cell issues and heat intolerance, which I’ve been trying to combat with a variety of approaches. Ziplock baggies of ice are hard and uncomfortable to start, and then always leak by the end. Most reusable ice packs are also rigid and fail to conform to the shape of the area in trying to treat. Those that are flexible still don’t cover enough surface area and require MacGyvering to remain in place. This product solves all my problems. The texture reminds me of those gel wrist rests/mouse pads for your computer with spandex-y material on the outside. For any sensory-seekers out there, it’s really satisfying especially when cold haha… It remains fully flexible when frozen and contours beautifully to comfortably cover the entire head. The instructions say give it a minute or two when you first take it out of the freezer if the temperature is too cold. I didn’t think that would be a consideration for me, but was interested to find myself getting brain freeze the first time around! I just took it off for a minute or two and then put it back on and it was perfect. There’s no mess. No hassle. It’s perfectly comfortable sitting up and lying down. My only wish would be that the cold lasted juuuust a touch longer than it does. But since medical recommendations are to not apply ice to an area for more than 20 minutes at a time anyways, it works out. Love love love Get it!

Came fast an a great price

I never leave reviews BUT I just had to for this product. I heard about it on TikTok and I was skeptical. I am the person who suffers from menstrual headaches, occasional Migraines and cluster Migraines. Also, when Im stressed, the headaches appear. I had just suffered an massive migraine and I brought it. I put it in the freezer as soon as I got it in the mail. Then, out of nowhere, I felt a headache coming on. I pulled it out of the freezer, slipped it on and I passed out. When I woke up, my migraine was gone. I now go to bed with it on almost every night. I love that its a black out mask. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I will say theres two down falls. It does smell the first couple of times using it but it does fade. When you first put it on, you may get a brain freeze. Leave it out od the bag for about 10 mins before putting it on OR put a dish cloth over your head before putting on the cap. BUY IT!!!!
