I’ve struggled with anxiety for as long as I’ve been able to identify it in my body. Recently I started really enjoying the calming feelings of natural hot springs and the sauna (heat stress). I felt so alive and grounded afterwards. This amazing cold head strap is the same version but for cold stress and it instantly makes me start breathing heavily and helps kick me into relaxation mode. Often times I’m too caught up in the anx feeling of going 100mph in my brain, but I just go for the freezer, put this on, and start taking deep breaths. I love it so freaking much!

I recently had shingles on my head and face. I use it as a hot and cold compress to help relieve my neuralgia nerve pain.

I purchased this for my son who suffers from child migraines. It has been wonderful: he always like a cold wash cloth in his head when he has a headache but this is so much better !

Have had terrible migraines for years and this feels so good when you’re in that moment that nothing helps. Only suggestion for users, right out of the freezer was a little too cold for me, 20 minutes was long enough to sit to de-thaw a little but 100% recommend

I love this thing so much. I usually don’t stick it in the fridge before wearing it but the compression alone is nice. My daughter is always borrowing it to sleep with so she got her own. I’ve had so many friends and family order them after trying mine. It works great for headaches but is also just soothing!

This is a wonderful product. Have to keep it at room temp about 20 minutes after taking it out of the freezer through because it gets too cold. So cold it will physically hurt. Once it’s warmed up a bit it’s much better and the pressure of the cap is just enough.

Ive always been a huge fan of ice packs for many ills; headaches, feeling overheated or tired (used on the back of the neck while lying down) and of course for any sprains, etc. Hormones being the occasionally demonic forces they are, headaches are just a thing that happen sometimes, even if youre super health conscious, active and fit. Im not averse to the miraculous headache-smashing joys of ibuprofen, but while youre waiting for that to work, or if you cant take that, or wont, this is great. Sure, I looked ridiculous and my husband was laughing about it for a good 10 minutes, as was I, lol, but by god its worth it. And yes, he does that every single time I use it, but marriage is all about sacrifice, right?? Initially, right out of the freezer, I find it too cold to wear, so I just hold it and gently press it to the sinuses or affected area, then after 10 minutes or so I find its wearable. It doesnt stay really cold for terribly long, but it also gets cold very quickly in the freezer so I still find this useful. And during the hot, humid days of summer here, I have a feeling this will be in heavy rotation.

I suffer from migraines that have me bed ridden a few days a month. This has helped me tremendously. It is not right or hard it very soft and relaxing. Cut out all light and the coldness was amazing because it was everywhere at the same time unlike a hard ice pack or having to wet a cold wash cloth. Definitely recommend
