> 24 hourI recently had surgery in my foot. I order this so I could get a full shower without hanging a leg out. I’m 5’4, this can easily come up to my thigh. I’d advise you to bring it up as far as it will go. I brought it up just above my cast and a slight bit of water got on my soft band. That’s why I say bring it up as far as it will go not just the top of the cast and it’ll suction in that area.

> 24 hourThis product arrived the next day and worked just as I needed it to. I have a cast on my foot up to my shin and this covered it and no water leaks in while Im showering. I do have to admit that Im using a shower chair and Im careful to not get it very wet. The suction around my leg is tight, but not uncomfortable. It does take a little bit of maneuvering to get it off, but that is to be expected because of the seal needed around my leg to keep the water out. I would recommend this item.

> 24 hourUPDATE 4/19/23: upgraded to 5 stars because it definitely works!! Personally when I use it, I wrap my ankle and foot in a plastic grocery bag and then put the shower bag on. It helps ensure it remains dry (though I have had no leakage issues) and also makes it easier to put on and take off for me. I figured out how to use it after finally reading the instructions lol, and the suction is pretty darn tight. Make sure when using you pull the bag above your cast (it stretches if need be because yes it is tight out of the box as it is supposed to be tight to suction), and then once you have a good spot you push the blue ring down. It creates like a little bowl where the water will sit and keeps the water out of the bag. Be careful when removing the shower bag! (This is also why I use a plastic bag before I put the shower bag on, because any water that may drip from the exterior of the bag when removing catches the plastic bag and not my cast. I just make sure to dry the shower bag as much as possible before pulling it off though and I don’t have that problem. 4/13/23: I only rated 4 instead of 5 because I haven’t used it yet to know if it works 100%.. but so far so good. I appreciate the ease of getting the product on over my injured ankle. I also love the suction to your leg, so I have faith that it will keep my cast dry as long as used correctly. In the pictures the suction band will look tight, but I have thicker legs and thighs so it’s no fault to the product; I just wanted to show the suction.

> 24 hourExcellent product but not built for an adult with an ankle cast. Top opening is too small for my size 10.5 foot all casted up. For wrapped areas I can see that it would be wonderful. As noted well built just won’t work for my situation.

> 24 hourFirst foot surgery we covered his leg in a trash bag and lots of duct tape. This surgery I found this and it is great! The seal is nice and tight so the cast stays dry. Can be a little bit of a struggle to get on but worth it to keep everything dry.

> 24 hourFor safety sake I put cling wrap around the top and tape it but the seal is very tight on leg. Really works well, just not super comfortable. But at least you get a shower

> 24 hourThe rubber seal is strong and works very well. It is long enough to cover my lower leg from my foot to just above my knee

> 24 hourI used this post foot surgery for showering. I’m 5’6” and it came a little above my knee if I pulled it all the way up. It fit tightly around my leg so no water leaked in. I recommend this fir anyone who has foot surgery.
