I like it just fine. However, I feed my cats canned food and they never drink water, even though fresh filtered water is provided form them daily. Unfortunately, my cats ignore this fountain, but it’s not a flaw in the fountain, which works very well. It’s, well, cats.

This is easy to clean since it is stainless steel. It is not too noisy. We are pleased with this product. And the animals like it. I much prefer the stainless to plastic because it is easy to keep clean.

They do what they are supposed to. Honestly I hate having to buy additional stuff to keep something correctly but that is what I signed up for when I purchased the water fountain. You do have to pre-soak the white filter in water for 5 min. Before putting it in the fountain. Other than that they are very easy to put in for your fountain. They catch hair & filter water...exactly like they are supposed to.
