> 24 hourIt’s a little bit slow but not egregious or anything. Works well for what I need and very easy to use. Also liked that it included usb and usb c cables.

> 24 hourI was looking for an external hard drive to store all my photos. This one is perfect. It is easy to use, small and convenient. I know I will never run out of space.

> 24 hourOne of the worst products and technical support service offered by a company, and thats a pretty high standard in todays business environment. I had the product for one day and returned it. Not worth my time to chase them down. I purchased a Toshiba Canvio Flex portable storage drive and it was worthless. I tried to download 58 GB of information at the same time with a download of about 40 GB of information. My computer which has over 100 GB of free space informed me that it would take 14 hours to download the 40 GB and initially 2 days for the 58GB of information. That was soon reduced to 12 hours. I thought that might be a mistake, but in fact 8 hours later it was still downloading. By the time I download all the information to the drive, the 3 year warranty will have expired. If that wasnt bad enough, I tried calling customer support. I dialed the number that appeared on their enclosed instructions sheet. You had 2 options to connect to a department. In both situations, Toshiba said the number is no longer working. No alternative number provided. Then I dialed the number listed on their site. It provided a few options. I clicked 3 different options just to speak with someone. Each time, I received a response that the extension was not valid and then received a response saying goodbye. I tried calling three times and the same thing happened. Final result: A drive that takes over 14 hours to download 58 GB of information and service phone numbers provided by Toshiba that tell you the numbers are invalid. A great way to run a business. I am returning the drive today and would never buy a Toshiba product.

> 24 hourIt’s really great to have and use this external hard drive. I have one each for all my photos, music, books and movies. The clouds are nice, but I prefer to have an external on hand for my stuff. Plus I don’t have to pay a monthly fee for the space.

> 24 hourI purchased this rather than less expensive options because it was listed as a solid state drive - but it is not! I think this is highly problematic

> 24 hourI bought this a year ago for my media files backups, its still running strong with no hiccups. The external case is made of plastic, its not a rugged case. Backing up 1.5 TB of files takes about 14 hours, thats about 30MB/sec, not bad for a compact USB 3.0 HD, but watch out what youre getting into backing up large files. Accessing individual files for real time work is very slow as well, not great for handling videos due to the lag time. If you play a high definition video file from the disc, it will play, but scrubbing back and forth will cause problem.

> 24 hourIts working perfectly. It takes only seconds for the files to move from my computer to the drive.
