> 24 hourThis stuff is really amazing! I was getting blisters on the outside of my heels and this stuff fixed that in a hurry. What else can I say? I was skeptical at first because you just smear it on and go. I thought it would just rub off and end up being a greasy mess. It really stayed in place and didnt leave a terrible mess. A great anti-friction barrier if youre getting blisters. Ill buy it again!

> 24 hourI recently ran a 100 mile ultra and had blisters at mile 90 from a particularly bad pair of socks ( drymax maximum protection). I didn’t have any feet problems until after my 75 and changing socks. Anyway, I saw like 4 makings of a blister on my toe at mile 90 and I put this all over my feet. Now I’m not sure if a combination of changing socks and shoes helped, but I can say at the end of the race those making of blisters were completely gone. Even if this just helped a bit still well worth the money. I will be using this on runs over 20 miles from here on out.

> 24 hourI dont know what Id do without this stuff for my trail runs and hikes. It doesnt just have to go on your feet either ;-) I did 230 miles in the High Sierras and not a single blister. I had the right shoes, the right insoles, the right socks, and trail toes as my last line of defense.

> 24 hourHIGHLY RECOMMENDED for Spartan races. After running through creeks, mud, sand, water etc, I had no blisters, whatsoever after 9.5 miles. Four people in our group used this, and several did not. Those that did not came away with blisters. I am a believer!

> 24 hourI’ve been using Trail Toes for a few years now and cannot say enough good things about it. If you run ultras, it’s a must. Protects your feet like nothing else. Even after running over 4 hours in the pouring rain during a 24 hour race, I finished with zero blisters or any other foot problems. Put a thin layer on the night before and then slather it on the morning of your race or long training run and your feet will be good to go, no matter the conditions.

> 24 hourI used Trail Toes for my trek in Peru--47 miles, up to 15000 foot high mountain ranges then on to Machu Picchu. I did not get even one blister nor any hot spots! This is a miracle cream. I cant wait to use it on my next adventure. (for reference, I layered Trail Toes with Injinji liners, Smartwool socks and Lowa trekking boots)
