> 24 hourMy wife thought she bought me a great bag. The handle came out after the second use and the zipper is down now. Probably made on Friday afternoon..... Very disappointed. No customer service to repair. I have offered to ship back and all I get is the run around.

> 24 hourThis is a good quality suitcase. It’s great for traveling when you need a suit or a nice dress. It won’t keep out every wrinkle but it goes a long way towards preventing them. For a wedding weekend when I need a long dress I pack the dress with my other clothing folded into it so the skirt it laying smooth and not bunched up. There’s enough room in the suitcase for it to be packed in that manner as well as for a toiletrry bag and a couple pairs of shoes.

> 24 hourGreat for a 3 ish day trip. Does a fairly decent job with larger suits. I’m 6’6 and wear extra long suits. Minimal room for shoes but can work. The telescoping handle could be a touch longer, evidenced by I have to wheel the bag to the side and not directly behind otherwise it will hit my heel when I walk. It fits well in the overhead bin as advertised. If you overpack, it may not for as well.

> 24 hourI bought this one because I was in a hurry and I regret it so much! The design of this expensive garment bag is extremely flawed. They should have included 4 wheels instead of only two. They could have also changed the orientation so that the wide part is in vertical position when closed. I kept hitting people in the airport with it because of its width. All in all, I hate this bag and I will definitively get a new one with 4 wheels and a better design. Don’t risk it. Save some money and get a better garment bag.

> 24 hourI would agree with others that this bag is well made and has great space. I was able to pack 2 suits with suits, shoes, and casual clothes for a 4 four day trip, and that was about the limit. the problem came with trying to navigate in the airport. Because the bag rolls horizontally and because I am 6 ft, I found myself constantly hitting the bag with my heals as I walked, tripping me up. A couple of times I actually stumbled as I was trying to race from plane to plane making me nervous about the thing behind me. Either the handle needs be longer or the bag needs to roll upright which would be the better solution so it could be rolled down the aisle in the plane. Unfortunately this was a deal breaker for me and I am returning it.

> 24 hourGreat carry-on suiter perfect for week-end trips. Holds a lot and there is cushioning inside to protect your belongings. Be prepared to have to gate-check it on regional gets with limited overhead bin space. I would have given it 5 stars, but the corners are not rounded enough and the zipper always ends up getting stuck. Not bad enough to not use the bag, though -- you just need to be very careful when sliding the zipper around the corners. Thats the only complaint I have for this otherwise excellent suiter.
