> 3 dayThis (like many) has a very fat back that takes up the entire junction box. If there is something like tile overlap on the junction box, this won’t fit.

> 3 dayNice product. Be careful when attaching wires. If you attempt to back off the screws far enough to loop a wire on, the backing nut will fall off and the outlet will be ruined. You MUST use the wire insertion holes and then tighten the screws down.

> 3 dayThis thing works. But the plastic pieces that cover the holes for new code do not open very easy at all. You have to push hard to get a plug in.

> 3 dayThis is a nice addition to our kitchen where we leave our phones to charge overnight. This is nice because we can still have items plugged into the outlets and have two phones charging. It also cuts down on the clutter and is a little slimmer than having a charging block. It is easy to install if you have a little knowledge in how to replace an outlet. Overall, it works well and charges both or our phones overnight. It is a convenient item to have.

Greater than one weekBought them because of us ports. Wanted to be able to charge phone and kindle and also be able to plug in other cords. Company put a card in the box to please not to give a bad review so I emailed them about not being able to use polarized plugs . They said that they were not aware of that. Did not offer to exchange them or refund the money.

> 3 dayI had installation issues. Depending on the wire gauge your using, it is very difficult to wrap the wire around the screws. I had to take them out to wrap them which turns into another nightmare of getting them back in. It can be done, but outlets should not be designed like this. The screws flop around making it difficult to wrap the wires. The whole reason for this design is to insert them from behind. I could have just inserted them into the back, but I was never impressed with that design and it should be outlawed and should not be legal in the codes! I was ALWAYS told to wrap the wires clockwise behind the screws. This is the proper way of wiring up any duplex outlets or switches and it is the safest way so there is no shorts or loose wires in the future. Speaking of screws, DO NOT use the screws that mount into the work box! Mine actually busted off while snugging them up. Amazon replaced the outlet for a new one but I had to take out my work box and put a new one in because the screws were broken off inside and I think the only way to get them out is with easy outs. Not happy with all of this but once it is installed, it does work very well. Just remember NOT to use those mounting screws. The white screws for the face plate are fine though.
