Works great! Needed to upgrade a few outlets that are most frequently used for USB charging.. its really nice to not have to unplug a lamp or other amenities just to charge a phone.

Installed, worked great for about 5 months. USB ports stopped providing power. That issue could be resolved by resetting the breaker at the panel, but now at 10 months, that doesnt fix it either. The regular outlets still work. Not a long term solution.

Returned product, product very cheap and didnt work. Do not spend your money with this company.

I already had a wall USB and decided to get this because I wanted Fast Charging. fast charging is not the same as Fast Charging. This doesnt Fast Charge my phone. Tested with the same cable I use and get Fast Charging from my USB adapter. As far as Im concerned this was a complete waste of money and time.

I wanted to like this item, and I did for about a year. Then just after the year mark one of the USB ports started acting up. When I would plug my Iphone into it, the phone would vibrate on and off continually. I tried a different charging cable and got the same result. I tried those cables in the 2nd USB port and they worked fine. I emailed the seller for a replacement and they told me to contact Amazon for a replacement. I did that and I had to be transferred to 3 different people before someone said they could help. The process took 30 minutes. I was told that I need to wait 24 hours to hear from a lead who is supposed to be able to fix this. Bottom line is that this product is not worth the hassle. The claimed 2 year warranty is not real.

There’s a big flaw with this product. When you try to unscrew the screw that holds the wire, the nut inside the receptacle becomes lose and falls off. Without that nut, you can’t screw any wire to this outlet and it becomes totally useless. That’s a major design flaw and needs to be corrected. Overall, the product seems to be made of some cheap plastic and quality isn’t good

Great usb wall charger. Charges my S9 pretty fast. Plenty of power.

These were bought to replace receptacles during a kitchen remodel. Installation was very simple. They are well-marked to show which wires go to which terminals. I had a bit of the problem due to the depth of my electrical boxes in a center island being too shallow but made it work and they look amazing. The little green power indicator is a nice touch. The charging outlets are really handy....weve had them in other receptacles, but these are fast-charging for our phones and tablets. Dont be alarmed when you want to plug in two-pronged cord and it wont go in. Evidently theres a safety feature that keeps un-grounded cords from being plugged in. I purchased a few neat looking adapters (shown in picture) so we could plug in a two-pronged cords when necessary.
