> 3 dayThis WAP 5-pack doesnt come with PoE injectors, making the 1-pack, which does, cheaper per unit if youre gonna use injectors and not a PoE switch. Jim

Greater than one weekI have installed about 25 of these and have had zero problems. They have a great range and when you use multiple access points the mesh system allows seamless connections as you move through the coverage area. The setup is not a simple plug and play though. If you are at all comfortable with configuring an access point then you may need some help.

> 3 dayAmazon should tell you AT THE TOP, IN BOLD, that the 5 pack does not come with power injectors. The single and 3 pack versions do. I love this product but never bought this quantity before. Always buy the other quantity. I just learned this reading the reviews. Damn it. Wasted my crews time.

Greater than one weekAs thousands know, this is a great WiFi access point. I needed to install WiFi in an old building constructed of masonry with expanded steel lath and plaster walls and steel and concrete floors. No other wireless solution had worked well for mobile devices. It has taken 6 of these access points, but the complex building now has great coverage and services lots of mobile device users simultaneously. We will continue to monitor and add access points as necessary to handle the load. I liked this so much I installed it at my home.

> 3 dayDied after less than two years. This is not a single case. Plenty of forums documenting an engineering issue with PoE reliability. Too bad Ubiquiti will not stand behind their product and own up to the issue to do the right thing by its Customers. They hold the line to their 12 month warranty for a Pro device with a documented pattern of engineering issues this is short sighted and ridiculous.

> 3 dayI purchased this item, but didnt install it until this past weekend. The plastic bracket that connects the AP to the wall broke during installation, so now my AP is just dangling on the wall. Try and find this part on ebay? Yeah right! Here on AMazon? Wow, seriously nowhere? Try to connect with the seller through my order history? Not even an option. I love these access points. This is the first installation in 6 years that Ive had any problem. Im very happy with the product, the performance and the management of Ubiquiti hardware. This inability to track down a simple plastic part is just a bit irritating.

Greater than one weekI would give this a zero. We tried putting 5 APs up. No luck, tried support, all chat! That is even if somebody is there . Hired a pro to install, still no luck. Buy another system
