Just got back from a week long trip to Vancouver, BC. I have the 24 Lucas lightweight which I love so wanted to try out this 20 carry on as we had layovers both ways and didnt want to check bags (Ive had some really bad luck with luggage not making it to my destination). So.....not only did this little bag hold enough for a week in Vancouver, but it went down the isles sideways with no problems. We got off the plane onto the train, got off the train onto the bus. Walked 3 more blocks to our apartment. The wheels took a beating over entrances and exits and curbs and streets. The fabric is tough and held up well. The handle is a good height and can be made to stay lower for using say in the plane isle. I stuffed a jacket in the lower outside pocket and an umbrella and book in the upper outside pocket. Do I wish the inside pockets were a little bigger....well yes, but have to remind myself this is ONLY a 20 carryon. The inside straps help to hold everything down and in. And.....as an added bonus I can expand it even though I didnt need to on this trip so I can get even more in this little 20 carryon.

This is the perfect lightweight roller carry-on bag. Lightness is especially important for geezers like me. But the bag is plenty durable enough too. As far as I know, it has no competition. A comparable Travelpro bag, for instance, weight 50% more, not to mention being much more expensive.

The zippers are strong, the material is durable and cleanable, and the wheels and handle work well. My wife and I both have one and would buy another if I had a reason.

I love the light weight, the 360-degree spinning wheels and the lavender color. Seems just perfect for a weekend away - now I just have to plan one. I was wondering why there is a pocket that points down... seems anything you put in it would fall out, but someone in the Q&A section said it is a side handle.

Like the size and quality. Perfect carry on size. I have other LUCAS suit cases and find them sturdy, light and easy to manage. Highly recommend!

Inside the 1st time I used it came un sewed. So I can’t put anything inside of that compartment. I tried contacting Lucas but couldn’t find any contact information on the company.

The main zipper is defective on mine. It will not close sometimes, other times it will close, but then it pops open. As far as I can tell, there two reasons, the place where the zipper is sewn in, the two sides of teeth are separated, so it can come open from there. There are also kinks in the zipper in other places, which cause it to pop open. Basically I cant rely on the zipper staying shut. I will be returning this.
