I received this roll up brush holder for free to try and review; regardless this is my 100% honest opinion. The reason I marked this down one star is really not a big deal unless you are a color coordinator...this looks like an army green in the pictures however when I received mine it was more of a light faded army green or green gray sort of color. Not ugly, I actually like it but its just not matching the photo so its good for people to know just in case that is a deal breaker for you. The entire thing is stitched well and will hold up to a decent amount of wear and tear meaning it can handle practical every day use. What I really like is that it can hold both lengths of brushes, there is two layers or tiers the upper one is great for the long handled brushes and the lower one can handle small or long handled as it has loops to slide longer ones in if needed. I have a lot of loose brushes that I keep in a pencil case, but they get banged around in there. These keeps them better protected as they are in place and the brushes wont bang on things and get smashed. It makes it easy to take my brushes on the go as well when I want to work on arts and crafts with friends at their houses. Brushes can be a personal thing sometimes and so I like to bring my own even if we are sharing other supplies.

This is long enough to store my longest brushes and can still be folded at the top. Theres not a specific place to fold which is both good and bad. You have to take care not to fold it too short and ruin the brushes. Theres no perfect solution. This is sturdy and holds many brushes. I ordered another brand at the same time, much pricier and it was way too stiff. I returned that one and may order another one of these after I live with using this one for a while. Happy with it.

Love this paintbrush holder! Just what I was looking for. My son takes an art class on the weekends and he can just wash his brushes and put them away in the holder in no time flat. And it’s pretty cool looking, too!

This is just the right size and light weight for my short handle watercolor brushes and very handy to carry in small bag as I paint in the field. Watercolor brushes typically have shorter handles than those for oil paints. This wouldnt work for the longer oil painting brushes.
