when I first got the bag I thought it was WAY to big and wouldnt fit in the overhead bin on the plane. but when I compared it to another carry-on that I had it was the same size.. it fit everything that I wanted to take and then some... I couldnt ask for anything better...its defiantly worth the money. I got the matching backpack to go with it...that was bigger then expected as well... best purchase Ive made from Amazon.....

I absolutely love this bag. The straps make it easy to carry as they leave room to stuff the bag full and be able to throw the straps over your shoulder. The larger strap is also very convenient and comfortable when carrying. I knew I wanted this specific style of bag, and didnt cary too much about the color or design- but I really love the color and style. Very unique and pretty. The bag is also considered a Large and I believe there is an Extra Large (but that does not come with the larger strap) but this Large is HUGE!!! Love this bag sooo much.

On the front pocket which is a zip pocket the stitching on the right side of the pocket was a little uneven compared to the left side. As the seamstress Im very attentive to these things. So anyway for a Vera Bradley, I was surprised. I had to use it quickly so I just kept it so now I will just keep it as it is. A little disappointed.

I have a VB weekender bag, but found that I was always bringing another bag for sweatshirts or shoes on “up north” weekends where summer nights can be cool. I traveled to the north shore of Lake Superior last weekend and found this size could carry everything I needed for the weekend. I probably would not use it as a carryon for airplane travel, but it’s great for the car.

It’s the perfect size to pack all the necessities AND it is gorgeous!! Lots of pockets and straps to carry it multiple ways.
