Greater than one weekAfter replacing the 40W current filament type bulbs with these 40W equivalent LEDs.... it was so obvious that the LEDs were not bright enough. Had to go with adifferent brand.

> 3 dayIm am electrical contractor, purchase thousands of LED bulbs for various jobs. These G9 LED bulbs dim incredibly well. Not all LED bulbs dim well -- even if they are advertised as dimming. These dim to a flicker free low level of light -- to a very bright full-on level. Just be sure to use a high quality dimmer switch (Lutron or equal). Buy with confidence. I cant speak for how long they will last, but can for their dim-ability!
