I purchased a two person hammock and a single person hammock. I love them both. The built in carrying sack works great as a cup holder when the hammocks in use. After 3+ years of spring/summer/fall use with shoddy care at best, I’ve finally fallen ass first through the two person hammock. It was a rather fun experience. I’ll be ordering a new two person hammock soon. Why am I giving them 5 stars? I beat the hell out of it. Left it out for weeks at a time in brutal texas summers. The hammock brings so much joy. Swinging back and forth in a hammock is the closest you can get to being a kid again. It’s an adult swing. You toss it between two trees in your backyard. Boom.

That moment between DVD and crappy cable. Between a CD and a crappy cassette player It was a watershed moment. Before the wise owl and after. Your product is brilliant and here are just some of the reasons: Im in my 40s and I like good durable gear. And Im going to pay for it. But a double hammock of this quality at $40 is soooooooo CHEAP it should be outlawed. I honestly think I will have one for each car just in case Great design - Releases from the stand in less than 10 seconds. Its so easy a 3 yr old can do it - they would need to be taller and be stronger but its the easiest thing to do. Its just clipping carabiners together Its so easy I put them out during the day and bring them in every night - so thats how easy it is to put on and off --- that Im willing to do it but I should make my kids do it because its that easy Stores in its own bag -- CONNECTED BAG --- SO U CANNOT DETACH IT and therefore YOU CANNOT LOSE IT. And it is soooooooooo small about the size of 2 pairs thick pair of socks. Its breathable. washable and super lightweight . I have purchased 4 doubles in the last week Couldnt be HAPPIER A friend threw cash at me to order him one today. I got in mine and ordered 2 more the same day. I also bought the straps for $21. I will be buying another for ease of length. Might also give this and a stand to grandparents Or - truthfully it is so comfortable and so easy to take apart with another brand that comes in a carrying case Im telling you - I can convince ANYONE to buy one. Absolute love it! My new loft apartment complex has hammock hookups on the property and I needed to get my own to hookup and this has worked out perfectly. Very comfortable and sturdy. Would highly recommend to all those in the market for a hammock swing to hookup wherever!

Lets get right down to the nitty gritty. Triple stitch: The base color is triple stitched to the secondary but the end fold is only single stitched. The hammock slings (suspension ends) are made from web nylon but the quality is low to average. The carabiners are heavy (weight) and are made of steel. There is potential of snagging due to the sharp edges. The tree straps (Talon lite) are also made from 1 inch web nylon but are thinner than most tree straps I have owned. OVERALL OPINION: Light use hammock intended for yard lounging. Remember: You get what you pay for. However, I purchased this hammock solely based upon the 3,769 customer reviews with a 89% 5 star rating. The only reason for the purchase, was my other (more expensive) hammock was damaged by my puppy. I do some extreme backpacking and camping and I feel that this Wise Owl product is not to the quality standards I am accustom too. Needless to say, I bought a higher quality hammock 2 days after purchasing this Wise Owl hammock. What makes it so different? Rip-stop nylon with true triple stitching all the way around, wiregate aluminum carabiners, thick seamless hammock slings and thick 10 foot tree straps (all standard packaging). There is a better product on the market by Wise Owl. Their Featherlight camping hammocks may be the better choice. This can be found from the amazon store front. There is no initial product description, you just have to goto the most expensive hammock they offer, and there you can find the product description. And last but not least, I dont want a Wise Owl representative to contact me about this review. I understand I didnt come to you first, but this is not a company issue, this is a product review.

The hammock has a nice size but the material I’m not convinced is the parachute type. I have other hammocks like that and the material is different. Anyway, it’s a nice add that it comes with the pole rope :)
