I really wanted to like this bag. It’s advertised as a garment bag that folds up into a duffel and I’m a sucker for multipurpose items. I loved that I could use it as a garment bag and that it had extra pockets specifically for shoes, toiletries, and miscellaneous items like pens and keys. I was able to hang three dresses in the bag itself, but one was a maxi dress and I had to fold the last 6 inches of it to allow the bag to fold properly. There is a hook for your hanger as well as well as 2 buckles at the top where you can strap the hanger. This was probably made with only one hanging garment in mind as I had difficulty getting more than one hanger to buckle comfortably into the straps. This could also be due to the type of hangers I have; I have plastic hangers and I feel that metal wire hangers would have been more forgiving in this situation. The bag itself is a little longer than I like for a carry on — I had to turn it diagonal underneath my SWA seat to keep it out of the aisle and allow for room for my feet. I typically can stuff an approximately 50L backpack under my seat when I fly and this bag definitely fits less than that. This could also be due to the different dimensions of my regular bag and this duffel, but it was something that I overlooked in my excitement of buying this product. I attempted to fit my dresses, toiletries, tablet, chargers, headphones, and a change of pajamas into this bag and BARELY had room to close it. In fact, the zipper busted when I pulled my bag off the floor and I had to stop and fix it. Its cumbersome to deal with the top zipper because it unzips completely like a jacket to open flat, so you need to be careful to align the zipper correctly. Overall, Id keep this bag for an overnight event where I would need a garment bag, but I most likely will not keep this in my regular travel rotation. I feel that its best for people who probably dont pack as much in their carry on as I do or for someone who just needs it for an overnight trip.

Heavy and not comfortable for a short person

I only used it once and the zipper broke. I was very disappointed since the bag is very nicely organized and spacious. I limited myself from over packing but at mid trip the zipper broke.

The bag is a great idea and worked well but after just one trip (it was a carryon so it wasn’t overly beat up) the zipper broke and I could barely get my items back out. Bummer.

The zippers don’t stay zipped when the bag is even slightly packed. I got this for a work trip, but couldn’t even use it cause it kept coming undone. Sadly missed the return window. Cool concept but disappointing.

Purchased it to take as a carry on for a short 2 day trip. Did not fit I had to check it. Then clothes were wrinkled.

The return date had passed so I couldn’t return this bag. I reached out to the vendor because their tag stated a 12 month +6 month extended warranty. They responded within hours and by the next day they had sent out a replacement. I’m unable to take it on this trip but I’m very impressed with their customer service. As I stated before, this is the perfect bag for packing a lot in a small space. Just be careful with the zippers. We bought 2 of these for European travel by rail in a couple of weeks. Tested on cruise last week and it was perfect snd can hold a lot. Packed it this morning for another cruise tomorrow and main zipper teeth to close bag broke. Only had a few minutes ti try & get everything out snd repack. Very disappointed because I really like this bag. Now trying to find another online before Europe trip.

I think the bag was very stylish & perfect for an overnight/mini trip. However, I was expecting it to be a bit larger.

I wish you had a suitcase to go with this bag it will be perfect

Had issues with original bag shipped by Amazon, which I now believe was Amazon passing on a product that had been returned. The supplier, Modoker, reached out to me and immediately wanted to know the issues and how they could correct the situation. The best customer service that I have witnessed in years. They shipped a replacement bag that was wrapped in original packaging (nothing like the first one from Amazon). The bag is amazing. Very roomy and perfect for an overnight or weekend getaway. Very stylish, holds all the necessities and comes with a warranty and great customer service.
