> 3 dayI got this to be my carry-on for flying. I LOVE the garment bag feature and the number of pockets. That works very well. My issue is that if the bag is even remotely stuffed, the top zipper breaks open. I cant fill the bag all the way because of the weakness of that top zipper which is far from ideal. If I hadnt found this out AS were were packing to leave for our trip the next day I probably would have returned it.

11-06-2025Love the idea and design of this bag. Unfortunately one zipper arrived with questionable function and ended my first trip of 10 days in total failure. Without requesting a return, customer service reached out to me based up the above statement and sent me a brand new bag! I have used it twice since without issue and am thrilled the new one is holding up as it is so functional!
