This means that they used it and returned it, and I got the short end of the deal. I want a replacement product.

> 24 hourI ordered two and one of them burned out as soon as I put it in. The other works fine though. These types of bulbs are usually twenty dollars at my closest store so I figured this would be cheaper, guess not though. You can at least return it to the store if its broken out of the box.
