Greater than one weekI was at my wits end when I have not been able to log in to my computer because I forgot my password. I sent an email on July 28th to The Jolly Shopper and I received a call later on from a representative by name of Matt, because of the time difference I was unable to talk to him. We set up a time for 12 noon on July 30th. Matt went beyond the norm to assist me, he not only provided me with additional instructions to reset my password, he went step by step. I am one grateful and satisfied customer whereas he lifted a load off my shoulders and now I am able to access my files. KUDOS TO MATT, THANKS SO SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP
