If you need help to reset your computer password take a look it a computer shop and let a professional do it for you! I took mine in and they were able to recover my e-mails but not my documents or photos!

Greater than one weekThe device will not work with computers with a bitlocker encrypted drive. This was never mentioned. In the description on Amazon. When I got the device, it had links two online files that had detailed information not available when purchasing the product. These instructions included a section that said BitLocker encrypted drives would not work with their product. I view this as false advertising
