> 3 dayDo not sweat the details - buy the product - send them a note telling them what you would like it to do with it and they will send you links to the schematics and you tube videos walking you through it. The basic instructions in the box will get you 95% done but if you hit a snag they will help you out - I am very impressed!

Greater than one weekThis was easy to install (once I got the wires run). I was able to install each door about 45 min. Had a problem with the registration and Xiangyun had a solution the next morning. Control board has been running about 2 months with no problems. The provided links on the USB simplified the wiring process. About to install a 4 door system and link the 2.

Greater than one weekI bought this to replace my 20+ year old Northern Computers door access system. I ran into a couple of questions along the way and these people went above and beyond in helping me figure out the exact wiring of my old door system. Ive installed a few other door systems and when I needed help they were not very helpful. Id say my average wait time from when I emailed them was less than 4 hours.
