Everything about this access controller is great. Although we needed a little help with some of the software instructions, EVERYTHING was readily available within hours after an email. Customer service is truly second to none. They respond VERY quickly, have no problem going a video call, and they’ll even walk through it with you or assist in doing the setup if needed. We only used the email for some questions since they’re on a different time zone, but ALWAYS received very detailed answers with links and specific videos that walked us right through exactly what we were trying to accomplish. System is very secure, and none of the rumors or tricks on how to by-pass systems similar to this, apply to this (we tried every scenario to be sure). We had a very expensive system in our old building and this one has more features and after initial setup, much easier to navigate and make changes etc. Many of the accessories (switches, locks, and sensors) worked with this system flawlessly. Great in every way. Price can’t be beat either.

This is the second system Ive purchased and they have both worked out great so far. This controller is universal open standard so most hardware you already use it should integrate with few problems. We use AWID-26 RFID cards and were able to purchase card readers separately and integrate them into this controller seamlessly. Any issues we had were because of installation errors but tech support was on top of everything and were able to resolve the issues quickly with just a few emails. Ill be in the market for a 16-door controller and I am hoping this manufacturer either has one on the shelf or can build one out for us.

The hardware its self is great, I have it controlling two doors and its been up and running without issues for almost a year now. The software leaves a little to be desired. The not super intuitive, and personally it seems to focus a lot on attendance and time tracking (based on swipes). This is not my use case as I only use it to unlock doors, so I could do without those features. HOWEVER with that said, the very few problems Ive had with the software have all been interface wise (for example I could not easily figure out how to run a simple, who entered the front door and at what time report). I reached out to the support email and got THREE responses in just a few hours, all telling me how to run the report. And every email is signed I will support for ever if any question. Good Hardware, decent enough software, Great support!
