This is a great product and easy to install. In lack in documentation is made whole by contacting customer support. I have installed 3 of these and they work flawlessly. Many features and the software works very well for a variety of configurations. Mobile app works well, whether on the network or cellular. I will be installing a fourth controller. Card/fob swipes work perfectly, as do the keypads.

Great product and knowledgeable techsupport staff. I have been using those access control panels for the past 2 years and I must say they have worked flawlessly. You get the same functionality and flexibility of the more expensive systems at a fraction of the cost.

If you need quality and AMAZING support this is the system. Very easy to use and awesome directions. Did I mention the support? It’s AMAZING. No need to return anything, just emailed the tech support and they solved the problem.

Out of the box the system was easy to install, just follow the diagrams and or videos. I do recommend if this is your first time purchasing this system you temporarily setup on a test bench to test system and get to know the components. I am looking forward to purchasing more of these in the future.

i am installer and this is very reliable unit

This is the second system Ive purchased and they have both worked out great so far. This controller is universal open standard so most hardware you already use it should integrate with few problems. We use AWID-26 RFID cards and were able to purchase card readers separately and integrate them into this controller seamlessly. Any issues we had were because of installation errors but tech support was on top of everything and were able to resolve the issues quickly with just a few emails. Ill be in the market for a 16-door controller and I am hoping this manufacturer either has one on the shelf or can build one out for us.

This product is more than what I expected. The price is beyond comparison to access Control systems out there. Software is robust and can do many things to cater for customer needs. Tech support is by far superior. They reply promptly with correct answers with video support.

I wanted to operate the unit in PIN only mode and the directions didnt cover that too well. I emailed the question to Wood Chen for support and he was very helpful. He gave me detailed step by step procedures on how to configure the system the way I wanted it. It included links to videos and customized instructions with pictures. Im VERY happy with the support and the product.
