14-06-2025I was in a pickle. I had an impending glass door install and needed a fob reader and access system installed quickly. I was understandably skeptical because this product was so inexpensive. So I carefully unpacked it to be prepared to return it. Much to my surprise it worked great! To expedite my install I asked a question of tech support, figuring it would take a day or more to get a response. Twelve minutes later I had my answer. It was completely installed and running 48 hours after it was received. The tech support is so good itll make your head spin. I never leave or trust reviews but this is so good it would be wrong not to make others aware of it. If you look carefully, youll see some bad reviews too. These folks either had improper expectations set, or did not have the previous experience with low voltage wiring to properly set it up.

> 3 dayI have been installing and programming access control systems for over 20 years and this system is about as good as it gets. The default install has some of the more complexed features hidden, but an e-mail to support quickly gave us the features we wanted. We had an issue that I thought was a programming issue, but when I emailed support they quickly replied that it sounding more like two wires were connected incorrectly. They were right. This is a top notch system, with top notch support!

> 3 dayI’ve had this hooked for about 8 months now. Installation was easy. I did have a couple questions and emailed the vendor. The response was fast and answered my question. The instructions were easy to to follow for the installation. I have two doors connected with a back up battery. Works flawlessly.

11-06-2025I jumped too quick. It took about 30 minutes after I sent an email. They responded and I was able to download the software and manuals. I even got a call from the company making sure I was able to download everything. I think they were just having temporary issue with their website. All is resolved and my system is up and running. So far so good. Seems to be well built, has many features and works great Website to download manuals and software is not working??

I am really impressed with the quality of the equipment - especially in comparison to the commercial equipment that I am used to working with. The software is a little different than what I am used to but it has all the features I needed. The vendor has been extremely responsive to questions and helped me get through every question I posed - very quickly. Overall, this is a great little system and you cant beat the price.
