I purchased this set and ended up purchasing the door lock and magnet lock form same person, but separately since I needed a mixture. The install seems a little challenging at first, but it is actually easy and instructions are fairly well labeled and detailed. The software is easy to figure out and come with directions. I do have some items I have not been able to figure out that are software related as to first card opening and holiday schedule so that the door does not open on holiday automatically but still allows people to come into the building without deactivating all the profiles. The user manually explains some features, but not all in detail as to what they do or how they work. Overall this is a great buy and system. Looking to expand it soon. Just trying to make sure I can get it to do what I need. If you just need general in and out and able to track this is a great system and would recommend it. Tech Support so far has been very responsive. Usually within 24 hours or less I get a response. If all works fine with software will be expanding system soon. Also one thing is that rhe box does not fit a battery back up. It has the plugs to attach but the box is not big enough it seem like.

Great value for the money. It was easy to install. There was a little confusion on how to connect RFID readers and how to make initial configuration in the software, but it was resolved quickly by tech support in China over the Skype call and chat. The software that was downloaded from the link provided by tech support expired after about 60 days. Tech support provided necessary registration into. Just be little patient with them and they will resolve all your issues.

This product was shipped on time and was a breeze to install and set-up. Chen was an excellent technical resource and went above and beyond on answering any questions I had. I highly recommend this product.

I had never used anything like this before so I was concerned that it was going to be horrible. However this product was simple to figure out given the software that is supplied. It came packaged neatly and no problems at all. I had a little issue with the configuration but the seller answered my questions quickly with no hesitation. Great service! I bought five of these for my job.

I installed this pretty quickly and it does function as described. The installation instructions were a bit spotty but the support staff is very responsive and helpful.

First of all, this product is a great value for its price! I have had this for a month and is working great. I will soon be moving the database to a new pc and needed to test. I then sent an email to the support team and they answered me right away! No kidding, within minute or 2. I inquired about how to move the database over or upload the backup. It was as easy as 1, 2, 3...The instructions given by Xiang Yun was easy to follow and when I followed those instructions, the system was operational on the new pc. These guys are great! I thought it was all talk but nope, I experienced their great support and easy install of their product. 5 stars all the way!
