This product has everything in one: the stretch, the heat, and the magnetic component. I injured my neck and this has been so helpful, it’s comfortable and relaxing and I can feel so much less tension after using.

It helps with a sore neck. It’s also very easy to use. I often fall asleep when I’m using it.

This actually puts out great heat. Took a little adjustment to figure out what position was most comfortable. Once you get comfortable, it works great.

I have the non heated one that I love, but now that this one has heat, it feels like a big upgrade (and treat!) for myself. I work on a computer and am also a night/tooth clencher so my neck gets very tight but I swear that the heat helps my neck relax even quicker. This one charges (to make it hot) and a clicker that gives you 3 heat options: low, medium, and high as well as 3 timer options, 10, 20, 30 minutes (they dont advise to sleep on this or use it for very long periods of time). I like to watch TV and lay on the floor on Low heat but I did crank it up to the medium and the high, and this little sucker gets HOT so I clicked it back to Low. There is also a convenient carry pouch as well as the cover on it is washable too.

I purchased this product as I had a lot of neck pain after being on the phone or working at the desk. Probably due to my sitting. I found this product and used it as recommended. The first time I was asleep on it within 10 minutes. The following times I had the same feeling of relaxation. My neck pain is so much better, but have to admit I am not using every day. My husband is now using every night though. He says it helps his neck pain as well. I highly recommend it. I have to admit, it is hard and you feel the bumps but I guess that’s how it works. You get use to it. As long as it works, I am okay with the hard structure.

I bought two of these. One of them was returned because it wasn’t heating up and when I got the replacement, that one didn’t work either. Plus, the plug isn’t secure so the slightest movement made it fall out.
