Unfortunately, I spend too much time on my personal computer and other electronic devices. I tend to hold tension in my neck and shoulders. Ive tried stretch bands and other devices but nothing seemed to target the neck area. The neck stretcher has a V-shape curvature that supports and stabilizes the spine. It was uncomfortable to use at first, but after a few attempts my neck muscles adjusted. The neck stretcher is easy to use. The device has three settings for length of time and three settings for the heat level. The heat helps to relax the muscles and provides pain relief. The neck stretcher comes with a washable magnetic therapy pillow case which improves blood circulation and also has massage nodes. For me, the tension relief was instantaneous and my neck and shoulders felt relaxed after each use.

Simple, and easy to use. The heat is adjustable and my wife and I both use it at night after we put our toddler down for bed. Helps us relax!

I usually try to straiten my neck in my chair after playing video games or while watching TV since I lean my head forward to use my tablet or Nintendo switch and I tried this product once and the next day felt fine leaning my head back, it did have a warning not to over use it, but it didnt say how long to use it to start so I didnt use it again for a little while so the pain did slightly come back till I used it again. I do wish I knew the temperature and time button more explained, I figured out use the different colors for knowing the time and temperature of how hot it would get. The highest was too hot. If you lean forward a lot I recommend this product Ive seen people who are elderly and their head looks permanently bent forward unless maybe surgery.
