> 3 dayLooking at the apparatus one wouldnt think it would have any impact, or another gimmick. It does worrk for me. The heat gets hot, so start out slow. Read the directions, you are not supposed to use it more than 20-30 minutes at a time. I found myself using it each night as part of my sleeping routine. It eased the tension and stress I carry in my lower neck and shoulder area. It might be a mind thing, but I do feel a difference when I skip a night. Comes with a travel cover.

> 3 dayI have the previous non-heated version, and this upgrade is great. The timers and temperature controls are nice features. Remember you need a USB power supply to operate, and the power draw is low, so anyone should work. The only minor bug is that the control should be closer to the relaxer end.
