The trackpad stopped working after a Little more than a month. Poor quality product!

I have been using the Acer laptop for a week now, and is a very good quality. I use it mostly for school work so not so much of active streaming.

I bought 2 of these for my teens. We wanted something that they could do school with and games such as Roblox, Minecraft and games on Steam. I had to take it out of S-mode to play Minecraft and Steam.

I purchased this laptop in December 2019 and it constantly freezes up. I typically utilize it for surfing the web and ocasionally checking emails. After about a month of use, I noticed it would freeze up but ignored it since I did not use it very often. Now that I’m working from home basically doing the same thing, except utilizing MS Excel and MS Word more often, I noticed it would freeze up after about 45 minutes to an hour of use. I must then restart it via the power button. No other functions work. I upgraded the RAM to 16 Gigs thinking it would improve but it did not. There is still a significant amount of HD space available (40+ Gigs) and no unknown source apps installed. This is the worst laptop I ever had. Its frustrating to constantly stop and start your work. If you enjoy constant interruptions while working, then this is the laptop for you, if not, purchase another brand. I do not recommend this product at all.

Great laptop for the price. Surprisingly solid build quality for the price, very little flex in the screen and keyboard housing. The backlit keyboard is a nice addition and the viewing angles on the screen are great. Easily one of the best bargain laptops out there right now. Only thing I’d suggest is purchasing an extra stick of 4gb ram for $20 to significantly improve performance.

El mejor portatil en cuestión de calidad-precio. Viene un poco limitado ya que tiene solo 4 de ram y un SDD de 128GB sin embargo con muy poco dinero podemos extender estas capacidades y nos resulta en un ordenador que bien podría costar $600! con un excelente procesador como lo es el Ryzen 3 incluso podremos jugar a la perfeccion con juegos poco exigentes como League of Legends.
