Granddaughters keyboard quit working. We had the Amazon extended warranty, but they fought responsibility and had us contact the manufacturer directly as it was still under their warranty. Youd think that paying extra for extended warranty would provide some assistance - lesson learned - never get that again.

Received this chrome book only to have the operating system crash. Follows the google instructions to reinstall it, which did not help. Amazon offered to have me pay to send it back to Acer. Acer paid the shipping. Don’t know if the fix will work. I have owned the computer for two weeks and haven’t used it.

Really pleased with this purchase

My mother-in-law is getting up there, and needs things to be simple and light. She only does gmail and card games, so this was a good choice for her. The screen is sharp, it is light weight, and the battery life is good.

I hate this computer. If all you want to do is play games and surf the net, it might be okay, but for anything like real work, its useless.

No hdmi, weird charging setup and it doesnt really charge faster then it consumes power so ita always dead.

Well worth it’s price. It is an awesome laptop and I love it so much.

Works great , simple to use and does everything

It’s a great computer. I’m still getting the hang of it since it’s chrome and not Microsoft.
