I really love this Chromebook. My only issue is when I downloaded Zoom, I dont get all the Zoom features like record and backdrop. Im not sure why the Zoom software is different on this computer. Ive played with all the Zoom settings and contacted customer support with no help. So, I have to Zoom on my other laptop. Other than that, it is nice. It has two USB ports and the keyboard is backlit. I love that the speakers are next to the keyboard so the sound quality is excellent.

Screen is dead on arrival. I tried to contact Acer however this product is not provide international warranty which I get none of support. Seller have nothing to do about it.

I ordered the Acer Chromebook 15, Intel Celeron N3350, 15.6 Full HD Touch, 4GB LPDDR4, 32GB Storage, Google Chrome, Pure Silver, CB515-1HT-C2AE, 15-15.99 inches so that I might have a lightweight portable travel laptop to enjoy and use for travel and at home. I have had some time with the new Chromebook and I would like to share a few thoughts and experiences with this particular model.

I bought this product for my wifes birthday in September, 2019. After a little more than three months the power cord began to break. I still works but clearly needs to be replaced. It was not subjected to any unusual stress but became damaged as shown in the picture through normal use. Pretty disappointed. It is otherwise a good computer.

Happy with the Acer Chromebook 15. The blurb suggests the battery will last 11 hours. In practice about six hours. Having said that its delightful to stream Netflix with a 15.6 inch screen.

We bought this in December but didnt start using it until we started Distance Learning for our kids in March. We only used it for about an hour a day and now it is completely dead. We charged it completely and it wont turn on. The return window was only a month so I will try to contact Amazon and see what our options are. I do not recommend this chromebook.

Excellent laptop. Super fast start up. The sound is decent. Screen quality is excellent. Holds its charge all day long. Charges back up quickly. Its not the type of laptop youd want to use for gaming or for installing lots of stuff. It is what it is. Great for email, web browsing, social media, and watching videos.

The computer I was sent by the seller Niya goods didnt work. Ive heard great things about the laptop itself but didnt get to test any of it since the one that I was sent by this seller had an issue where the screen wouldnt turn on.
