Laptop did not turn on or recognize power source when plugged in. Looks like a nice expensive paperweight. The laptop was received in a large cardboard Box commaxe come up about twice the size of the product Box. Possibly damaged during delivery because there was plenty of space to bounce around. After looking at reviews it seems that this power issue is a common issue for this laptop.

Really good laptop but the Esc button gets stuck and is annoying I will like to fix it but is a really powerful laptop for entry-level gaming

So far a month in and this thing just annihilates every game I put infront of it to play. Definitely an incredible machine. Runs games fast with 0 hiccups beautiful graphics quality.

When I received my Acer laptop it had what looked like a small ding in the top left corner of the screen-- to my disappointment, this meant there were very large, awful crack streaks & lines going down the side of the panel, rendering this laptop useless. Currently awaiting a refund. When I got it in the mail, the factory seal on the box was already broken, meaning this laptop may have been a refurb or previous return. Im sure this laptop may otherwise be a great model. Buyers take caution.

Fantastic motion flow during live FPS heavy operation. I was most blown away by the insane Wi-Fi abilities though! The killer Wi-Fi feature is so proficient that it’s consistently getting stronger upload/download speeds than my new M1 Pro chip & Asus zen book.

I anticipate your questions - was the AC adapter plugged in correctly, was the outlet working? I checked both several times, all fine, just no response from the battery charge light, no lights whatsoever, no charge, no start.

Was recommended this gaming laptop months ago, so when it went on sale it was a must purchase for me. So far it’s met every expectation, has run every game in my Steam collection without a problem.
