Underwhelming unit with very poor battery life.

The business that sent it, United Electronics Deals of Londonderry, NH, does not answer its phone. How do I arrange a replacement??

I anticipate your questions - was the AC adapter plugged in correctly, was the outlet working? I checked both several times, all fine, just no response from the battery charge light, no lights whatsoever, no charge, no start.

I have very light computer use. Most people I know told me not to bother buying a gaming computer because I dont play a lot. Still this computer is toast not even 8 months after purchase. Save your money.

Brand new laptop doesnt power on doesnt charge. Used multiple different outfits and chargers and still doesn’t turn on. I open up the laptop to try and fix the issue there is rust on the screws. It’s so bad four screws won’t even come undone they literally chipped away and broke my screwdriver. Do not buy, this is a scam

Absolutely great computer. I dont do heavy gaming, but the little I do runs seamlessly. I did not expect a computer under $1000 to run this quicky.
