I open up the laptop to try and fix the issue there is rust on the screws. It’s so bad four screws won’t even come undone they literally chipped away and broke my screwdriver. Do not buy, this is a scam

Greater than one weekSo I seen a lot of people complaining about dead on arrival units, the battery ships completely dead. I was confused why it wasnt turning on or charging, a quick search on YouTube. The simple solution is to plug in the charger more til you hear a click. Then youre good to go!! Amazing laptop!

> 3 dayWhen I plugged it in there was no life no lights whatsoever. Was very disappointed but when I called customer service they said to make sure the charger that is on the laptop end make sure it clicks in properly. And that was it! It started up right away. I thought it was not working my son was very upset. But it was pretty simple issue. So if you have this problem just make sure you hear a click sound when you plug the laptop in charge

09-06-2025It did not work on arrival had to clean power terminal. Than 3 months in stopped working completely had to send it back for fix. When it worked a nice laptop. For price though not a great machine should work out of box and for years not a few months.
