Amazing laptop. Battery life isn’t too great, but it’s a gaming laptop so what do you expect. Runs modern warfare beautifully!

The first one arrived with a defective keyboard - the „w“ key didn‘t work properly. Amazon was great and sent a replacement. The replacement arrived and the audio jack didn‘t work. So we are returning this one. We‘ll be looking for a different brand. I must say Amazon was great. Both times I was able to speak to a real person who quickly and efficiently processed the replacement and then the refund.

Before end of warranty screen problems developed requiring warranty repairs.

Ray tracing is awesome on this laptop! And I was blown away on graphics fidelity! Gaming on battery is possible but not recommended due to shorter battery life! I get close to 6 hours of battery life for productivity! Great laptop!

Dont get me wrong, I loved this laptop for the 2 years I got out of it, but then the GPU died and it may as well be a paper weight. I had routinely done maintenance and full cleaning, along with re-paste etc.. As bad as I like the style of the new 300 with the 3070ti, I probably wont buy another Acer gaming laptop again. Lenovo appears to be the way to go, especially if you catch the deals on their site. Ive seen the new model with the 12700h and 3070ti down to about $1500 with military discount.

This laptop works just like I was hoping it would!! And the price made it perfect for a college student!

To start off this laptop was almost perfect, runs fast after updating everything with windows update and driver booster, does not overheat at least mine didn’t, only thing that got really hot was the adapter charger, the screen at first was gorgeous, the colors are amazing and the brightness is great so watching Netflix and YouTube was great really superior to majority of laptops with that, playing games was fast and all on the highest settings no issue, the only thing that ruined everything that I noticed after 3 days of using was SCREEN BLEED! First started noticing during watching a movie, bleeding in the corners and some worse than other corners, it’s so noticeable that it’s hard to watch anything with black screens and in the dark as well, which is pretty much most shows and movies as you can see in the pictures the screen bleed is bad, so I returned this laptop, not sure if it’s just the defective one I got but it’s unbearable to look at on dark screen or areas, I may order another one to see if I get better luck because it’s a known issue but I think not everyone gets either that noticeable bleed and some lucky get none while others like me get horrible bleed. Really would of given 5 stars if not for the terrible screen bleed cause outside of the bleed it’s a phenomenal laptop.

I love my laptop. It is hands down the best laptop I have ever had. Amazingly fast, graphics are incredible and I love having a pretty keyboard. The battery does not last long at all but that doesnt matter to me.

One of the best gaming laptops in the market for the price range. Its really worth the price. I upgraded the ram. I used 32GB Kingston HyperX 2933Mhz. I added 2TB Samsung EVO plus 970. The laptop works like dream. so fantastic.
