Problem handling
- Can’t be connected : Reset the earbuds.
- Connected but no sound : Click the right earbuds to increase the volume or adjust via the connected device.
- Can’t be charging : Please use alcohol to clean the charging contacts of the charging case and the earbuds.
How to reset X15 earbuds
- Delete the Bluetooth pairing information on the phone.
- Take the earbuds into the charging case to charge
- Take out the earbuds and wait for 20 seconds.
- (If the above operation does not work, please try again)
The digital maybe shows power drops quickly during your first time use, but don"t worry, just full charge the charging case, then it works well
