I’ve been using them for about a week and have yet to have to charge the charging case. Although I do prefer the earbuds with a wrap around my ear because I am not careful and usually these kind like to pop out of my ear, but I haven’t had that issue with these. They fit kind of snug. Only complaint is that I have no idea what’s going on around me when I have them in. Haha

Aber als ich sie dann das erste mal getestet hatte, war ich doch sehr überrascht wie gut sie sind. Vor allem sitzen die Kopfhörer sogar wenn man schwitzt perfekt im Ohr, ohne dass man sie ständig wieder festdrücken muss.

Problem handling

- Connected but no sound : Click the right earbuds to increase the volume or adjust via the connected device.

How to reset X15 earbuds
- Delete the Bluetooth pairing information on the phone.
- Take the earbuds into the charging case to charge
- Take out the earbuds and wait for 20 seconds.
