09-06-2025These are good, nice sound, good value for the money. Im a guy, maybe a little smaller ears i dont know, no idea, i just know that they fit very poorly in the ear, like they have little too hold them in. If i were a runner i would definitely look elsewhere. They dont include other ear fittings to change, so you are stuck with what they give you. Not keeping these Ill give them to my daughter who has smaller ears than i do

Problem handling
- Can’t be connected : Reset the earbuds.
- Connected but no sound : Click the right earbuds to increase the volume or adjust via the connected device.
- Can’t be charging : Please use alcohol to clean the charging contacts of the charging case and the earbuds.
How to reset X15 earbuds
- Delete the Bluetooth pairing information on the phone.
- Take the earbuds into the charging case to charge
- Take out the earbuds and wait for 20 seconds.
- (If the above operation does not work, please try again)
