Greater than one weekMe and my little brother share and island called Pearl Isle (dream code is DA-8909-6396-2998 if you wanna visit, its called Pearl Isle), and the gameplay is open and fun, the interactions with the villagers have a lot of choices and variety, the clothing has a lot of variety and the villagers are really cute. The only reason why it loses a star is because you cant have multiple save slots, so me and my brother cant have our own save slots, and well have to completely delete the island if we get bored of it and decide to make a new one. The other reason why it loses the star is because some parts of the terraforming are kinda bad. I said SOME parts because for the most part I really like it, but the parts I dislike are: You cant terraform beaches You cant make corner waterfalls, so you cant make your waterfalls wrap all the way around If you need to relocate something it costs 50,000 WHOLE BELLS (I even have money trees and not native fruit to sell but it still costs too much!) And some random aspects of the game I dislike: It doesnt tell you how to plant fruit trees (I had to Google it) The bamboo island is SOOOOO hard to get (I still dont have bamboo!) When you go on a Mystery Tour you always get your native fruit (I still dont have apples and pears) Thats all that I dislike about the game, I hope you consider changing those aspects of the game, and for the most part its a great game, I am really happy that you made it!

> 3 dayThis is a really fun game, I bought it for my 5 year old but I find out that I play it more than he does. I recommend making sure your child can read the npcs in the game like to talk and its essential to know whats going on.

> 3 dayHave been playing this game for about 2 months now and I do have to say that it is a nice diversion in life. It runs in real time based on the system clock to determine when certain events/activities are available. Completing certain activities earns you nook points which are redeemable for certain items from the Nook Stop. You utilize these items to accessorize your island and make it an awesome place to live for you and the villagers as well as a nice place to visit for others. Please note that to invite non-NPC characters over, you do need to be playing in local play or have the online Nintendo Membership. Overall, Id give this game a 5/5 as it appears to run well and deliver a nice experience. This game is good for adults and children who want a distraction.

> 3 dayThis is a great game for just winding down at the end of a hard day. You can express your creativity by building up your village/town/island, hunt for supplies, go fishing. Everything is just nice... and easy... and relaxing. Something honestly fun about that. This is a game that I can take a break from and then come back too and remember why I love playing it. I had never tried the series before but will be a return player.

Greater than one weekThis is by far my most favorite game in the world, and has been since the original one came out back when I was in grade school! (Now Im 31!) To everyone complaining about the one island thing, it states this on the back of the game case, and Animal Crossing has always been designed this way, one town per console, and the different players just share that town. Yes it kinda stinks if you have multiple kids wanting to design their own island, but silver lining, its teaching teamwork! Just parcel out the island so each player has their own section to customize. As for the gameplay itself, everything has been so amazingly detailed, I am constantly finding new cute things everyday! There is a WAX WARMER! And a pink vacuum! Every possible improvement I could have wished for from the previous version (New Leaf) has been made. One of my favorites is the customizing option. You can change everything from the color of wooden furniture to the kind of magnets you want on your refrigerator. You could easily get lost spending huge blocks of time just customizing your house down to the smallest detail! Perfectionists rejoice! The custom clothing option has been greatly expanded and improved, and is another way for artsy and creative types to spend hours in the game! (Or search the web for other peoples cool designs and import them into your game!) Not only clothing either.. your designs can be applied to wall decorations, flags, signs, anything with fabric, and even the ground itself! Combine ground-decorating with being able to place anything anywhere in the world (not just in your house) and you can turn your deserted island into a bustling little town with streets, sidewalks, parks, cafes, graveyards, zen gardens, playgrounds.. whatever you want! And THAT is the beauty of Animal Crossing New Horizons! Your options are literally limitless and everything can be customized to exactly what you want. Combine that with the sheer amount of items to collect (furniture, wallpaper, flooring, clothing, accessories, music albums, flowers, fossils, bugs, and fish), the goals, (easy daily goals and more lofty long-term goals but all are do-able and reward you with miles that you can exchange for special items or airline tickets to go and explore more islands! ), and the beautiful graphics, changing seasons, gentle and relaxing music, adorably entertaining animal villagers, and you have one absolutely perfect game that you will be playing for years! The extended wait for this game was totally worth it - excellent job, Nintendo! This is not just a game, it is a gift!
