> 3 dayWork great, just hope the cable provided is at least 3ft. The provided cable is rather short to mount it anywhere practical

> 3 dayWorks great. I ripped about 50 DVDs the first day I got it and it ripped all of them flawlessly. It took about 6 minutes per DVD to rip and I am happy with this speed. I was ripping to an external drive on another USB port, it is possible that it may have been faster to rip to the internal hard drive.

> 3 dayIt runs well with my MacBook Air. Simply plug it, and it runs. I had ordered it to read my CDs, but soon realized that it can do more than what I had expected. It truly is slim and light, and thus really portable. With the help of this super device, I have begun to transport my whole CD collection into my iTunes library. Best ever investment!

> 3 daythe outer plastic case is a bit flimsy: flimsy enough to interfere with the drive trays ability to close if you put your fingers on top of the case

> 3 dayAfter building my new PC -- I didnt have a DVD drive. Discovered I needed one now and then. This worked perfectly.

> 3 dayThis product has great specs, but it requires that you connect it to two powered USB ports so that it has enough power to work. It comes with a Y cable for that purpose. They dont recommend that you use it with a USB hub. This all would have been fine back when laptops had several powered USB ports on them and there were few things to hook up. These days, its an issue. Laptops have few USB ports and theres an endless number of things that connect via USB. I suppose it would be fine if you have a desktop computer with several powered USB ports available. One more thing: These powered USB ports need to be placed fairly closely together--you have to use a USB extension cable (not included) if theyre not.

> 3 dayVery stylish. M-disc support is nice. Used heavily and didnt overheat or create read/burn errors. cons: hard or impossible to operate with just one hand free. its slower than other drives - basic CD rip at 8x with some that go higher, of course, but tops out 16-18x. Somewhat nosier than other drives but not a screamer. Rebate wait is long: 8-10 wks from when they process the mail-in. FAQs say there is a way to get it faster (5-7 days), but I didnt see anything like that on the forms or how much it costs.

> 3 dayJust built a new computer without an internal CD/DVD drive, so relied on this to transfer some old discs. My use has solely been reading from CDs and DVDs, but in that regard the drive worked flawlessly.
