> 3 dayThis handheld vacuum is a compact and versatile option for anyone in need of a handheld vacuum. While it does have some positive features, it also has some drawbacks to consider. On the positive side, this handheld vacuum is lightweight and easy to maneuver, making it great for quick cleanups around the house or in the car. It also has a strong suction power that does a decent job of picking up small debris like crumbs, pet hair, and dust. The crevice tool and brush attachment are also handy for reaching tight spaces and upholstery. However, the battery life is not great. It only lasts for around 10-15 minutes on a single charge, which may not be enough for larger cleaning tasks. Additionally, the dustbin is small and needs to be emptied frequently, which can be inconvenient. Another issue with this handheld vacuum is the noise level. It is quite loud, which can be irritating if you need to use it for an extended period of time. This vacuum is a decent option for small cleanups: The strong suction power and handy attachments are positives, but the short battery life and loud noise level may be a dealbreaker for some users.

> 3 dayI love the vacuum, especially the section power. However the docking station is flimsy. Hard to get the vacuum in right. I had the older model and the docking station was sturdy and easy to access.

> 3 dayIt’s a good vacuum but not a great vacuum. I don’t think the folding feature adds much and the dust door feels flimsy.

> 3 dayMaybe 3-4 months after buying Piviot, the the hinged refuse door that pops open to empty it, busted. . The hinge snapped in places. Perhaps it was me giving the device a couple good raps over the the trash can. In any case those hinges might call for a look see for better construction. But yes! I’m buying it again because I’ve never owned a handheld as powerful and versatile as the Pivot. Maybe don’t rap yours so hard.

> 3 dayVery sturdy. I use it often to get cats fur all over the house. It works well even on some carpet spots. Its noisy, but thats not a problem for me. I prefer a stronger vacuum than a silent one. The only thing is that I wish the battery could last longer.

> 3 dayGreat vacuum but always a challenge removing and cleaning/replacing the filter. After 3 years and minimum usage, the motor started whining, and the unit became too noisy to use. More than sufficient power and overall design, but it should last longer without replacement.

> 3 dayI have (2) of these Black, and Decker 20 volt vacuums. They are powerful, and they get the job done. I highly recommend the!

> 3 dayWriting this May of 2022, bought mine on Sep 27, 2020, and other than emptying out the main container when it filled Id not properly cleaned it once or replaced the filter (in fact I came across the spare filter a few months back and not recognizing it am afraid I may have tossed it) .... Why yes even the most robust hand vacuums need to have their filters cleaned occasionally... Ive been using mine about a full year and Im not over stating it when I say I NEVER cleaned it, only reason I even thought to do it was because the contents of my paper shredder had spilled over and theres SO much dust in that that my brain kind of went, that must be tough on the filters ... Pulled it apart for the first time, the filters were completely full, and the space between the filter and plastic casing was completely full... and just a few minutes before it was STILL sucking bits of paper and stuff up off the floor. So I washed it... went after the filter (inside the folds and at top where the plastic overlaps it) with a shellfish fork, cleaning out bits of junk the water couldnt clear out (warning, do it over the garbage disposal or youll clog your sink) ... once that was all cleaned out, saw the clear plastic casing that has tiny holes in it, and about half of the holes were full of junk that were stuck in there blocking air flow. Took to it with a pin, pushing the bits out (they were all hard bits of I dont know what) and then rinsed the holes clean ... am still waiting for it to dry, but Im impressed. ALL that dirt was in there and it was STILL working... if it works flawlessly once the bits have had time to dry out Im going to hug it --- next day, it dried, and is once again working flawlessly
