> 3 dayEvery device you can control with Alexa seems to install a little different. Some require app some dont. This one required a Skill. Not a problem just follow directions. If you have many plugs, lamps etc, as I do save the instructions for later use. Worked great for outside Christmas lights. Tied all the Christmas lights together with an Alexa routine.

Greater than one weekThese things are hard to setup with google Home but eventually I beat it to submission. After almost a year, my unit failed but went directly to manufacturer with the issue after confirming warranty was one year and their support team issued a replacement immediate with no questions asked.

Greater than one weekI find the Smart App for them better than the BNLink app. It takes a while to figure out things like Dusk to Dawn setting - not obvious. But once done Scenes is brilliant.
