> 3 dayEl Capitan work perfectly on my MacBook Pro. I am a beginner to say the least when it comes to working on computers and he was able to get on WhatsApp video chat me and walk me through in minute. He really made the whole processed 1.. 2.. 3..!

> 3 dayThe system locked up on a routine OSX update and essentially corrupted the OS. After three days of tricks and attempts, I had no luck bringing it back to life. This product saved the day. Once I had the machine booted, I could fix the disk and use Time Machine to save the system. No data was lost. Not a fast process on my old machine, but way less expensive than a replacement.

Greater than one weekAs it turned out, My MAC was a version that didnt support El Capitan 10.11. So that was a bust. Ending up reinstalling from Apple Website a version of Mavericks that I had updated to before and start over there. I was update it as much as I could, two versions up from Maverick (dont recall the name right now) and thats where I left it.
