Canvas Messenger Bag - Vintage Cross Body Shoulder Satchel

I like this bag a lot. I work in sales and go in and out of accounts all day. It’s stylish and convenient to use. It has ok art of storage pockets - internal and external. My only knock on it is that it lacks a handle atop the bag.

Floppy and poorly appointed. There must be an academic thesis in the messenger-bag manufacturing industrys rife inability to include even one semi-competent office pocket in any of their bags as proof of the fallibility of market forces and supply-side economics (no, I will not buy your silly pen case like an adolescent). Buckle is of the designs that are apt to slip; we shall see. No padding on bottom to protect laptops. End/side pockets are all but useless, not unlike the velcro. Designed for looks and little else. Will use it until I throw it away for something better.

I have used this bag for several family vacations. It holds a lot and is fairly fashionable to use!

Albeit a bit smaller than I would have liked, the item is otherwise great/what i wanted/needed.

This bag is really nicely designed. It looks great and the parts of the strap is attached to the bag in such a way that it is very durable. The bag had a lot more space than I was expecting. It could easily fit my fourteen inch laptop, and Im sure 15 inches wouldnt be a problem either.

Just what I needed to hold all of my stuff for a flight. Lots of pockets and places to stash stuff. Long shoulder strap. Just doesnt have the strap that would keep it on your suitcase handle.

I like this bag.

Fit my expectations

Excellent so far. Replaced a similar bag from LL Bean which Ive had for well over a decade and has been with me all over the world. This one is definitely built much more robust, so Im not too worried about its longevity.

This is exactly what I wanted when I started looking for a canvas messenger bag. Very sturdy, lots of room for everything, and designed for casual or business use. Love the way it looks!
