It’s a really heavy bag

Ordered for my husband so he had something for his MacBook to carry to work. It fits perfect, very sturdy and good size. He loves it!

Despite this bag being made in CHINA it’s the PERFECT CANVAS BAG, that I’ve been looking for! It’s 100% pure canvas that makes its “durability, sturdiness and thickness a quality item! The many compartments make it extra handy and versatile to store a variety of items without having to use up space with smaller bags for items you want to separate. The zipper closure makes it more secure. Just got it today!

Very nice bag. Im using this as a possibles bag when I hunt, both bow and gun. The size is just right, can carry a lot of gear. I wish that the front flap had snaps, like the side pockets,instead of Velcro, but it is a small amount and not too loud.

I bought this canvas messenger bag before leaving for a three week trip to Southern Africa. I needed a safari bag to carry with me for binoculars, camera, bug repellent, etc., etc., etc. and so I spent hours looking at every possible option before settling on this Gootium bag. As soon as it arrived, I was extremely happy because it looked like exactly what I wanted/needed. After using it as my airplane carry on personal item for four extremely long flights and a dozen photo safari outings, I can honestly say that it exceeded my expectations. Multiple large both open and zippered pockets (inside and out) and a very easy adjustable strap that stays where you put it made organizing all of my “stuff” a snap. I love it so much that I think it’s now going to be my go to bag whenever I travel. Highly recommended!

This is a HEAVY duty canvas bag with large capacity. The stated weight is 2.1 pounds which needs consideration when traveling internationally or walking long distances. Only if the bag is fully packed is the weight/item small. For laptops and related items or for casual travel this is not a reasonable choice from the plethora of options on Amazon. Modern materials can provide the same wearability and capacity and are more compact. One does not fully consider this until it is put to use when traversing airports, stuffing it in overhead bins in long-haul aircraft or traveling to meetings getting in and out of public transport.

Love it , just wish it wasnt so heavy.
