I use these rods as pins for my knives. I get nothing but compliments. Its economical, and of high quality.

Works as should, good quality

The brass were used to make threaded rods for a project I had in mind. I wanted to thread the ends with #8-32 threads. The rods measured a perfect 0.157 with my digital calipers.

I cut 3 inches off of one of the rods with a tubing cutter giving me a 3 piece kit to accommodate different conditions. A soft face hammer completes the kit. Perfect for 9mm.

I do not recall the material specifics. They were not essential for my project. With that said, the Rods were perfectly straight and the correct diameter. I would buy again. I needed a specific size and material to make unique dowel pins. These worked perfectly and polished very well, adding simple yet elegant accents to my project.

Came quick and is what I expected.
