The best freezer lock I’ve found online! I have tried at least 3 of the plastic “child proof” locks to help hold the seal on our freezer. None of them worked. I wish I had purchased this in the first place, and I would have saved money. Their customer service is great too!! I put the long side latch on first, and i should have put the front latch on first. That way you can place the second and pull it back for a tight seal. The company emailed asking for feedback, so I provided my recommendation to add to the instructions. A real person responded AND they are sending a new plate for me to redo it. Their instructions on how to apply the product are accurate. I’d recommend applying the front short arm latch first, then the longer side latch.

I bought this probably almost 2 years ago and still holds up today. Was fast and easy to put on. Securely sets with the strong adhesive and I was very happy.

I really like these latches! I have a beautiful freezer in my garage. The bottom portion is the freezer and the top portion can be used as additional freezer or turned down to use as a spare refrigerator when needed. I have rented out a room in my house and given the top of the freezer set as a refrigerator to my tenant. He loves that he gets the whole thing to himself, especially after his last place where he was given a 10- inch square portion of shelf. Unfortunately, he has a bad habit of opening my freezer portion (he uses the freezer inside the house so has nothing in this freezer) and not pushing it shut all the way. Twice, I have discovered it left open and had to throw away all of the freezer contents! I was not happy. A friend mentioned locking the bottom portion with an outside lock and I cant believe this didnt occur to me. I was a little concerned that it would not adhere to the front door of the freezer because it is textured with a diamond plate design, so it is not completely flat. It worked perfectly and I now keep it locked all the time. I love that my tenant cannot accidentally open it now. He wouldnt steal from me, but he is extremely absent minded and I do not want to go through another hassle of replacing everything again.

I have a child with autism and he was always getting in fridge and taking everything out. I decided to install this lock on my refrigerator and so happy that I did. it works great. It keeps him out of the fridge. It is easy to install and it is very sturdy. It lasts for as long as you have the fridge,. This is actually my second lock because I purchased a new refrigerator. I am using a master combination lock instead of the lock that was included because my family kept misplacing the key. Highly recommended.

We bought these to lock up our liquor cabinet. They seem to work fine. Our liquor cabinet is just the cabinets above the microwave in our kitchen - so we used these on kitchen cabinets. They allow the cabinet doors to open a few inches, but not enough for a teenager to pull a bottle of alcohol out. The reason I didnt give them 5 stars, is that there is no way to permanenly install them. It would be nice if they had a few screw holes in the event that you wanted to do more than just STICK them to something. I cant imagine how well these would stick to a fridge or something. I just cant envision the adhesive to last or be that good. Theyre alright and will work for now, but I wish someone would create a cabinet lock that didnt look super toddler-ish or glaringly lock-ish. Our home is very modern with no knick-knacks, so we needed a more streamlined cabinet lock than the typical white toddler cabinet lock, etc. I purchased an antique lock to go with it, and it kind of coolified the lock situation!

10* star product ! I got this for a workplace fridge. Trust issues influenced the decision to lock the fridge. This product is high quality and worked exactly promised. The adhesive is super strong and after waiting the 24 hour drying time it’s not easily coming off. The instructions were super easy to understand and application was dead easy! Comes with a high quality lock with multiple extra keys. You can also use your own lock if desired a d if it fits through the mounts.

Has 3m type, works great, just apply at least 90lbs of pressure Works well, does the job it needs to do and most important it comes with 3m type also locks I have bought these before, and have bought them again for my freezer and other fridge

At first I did not see the lock because it was so tiny. Then I found it. Very easy to install. I have a deep freezer outside that I store rainwater in. My insurance company told me that I had to take the top off. That was not an option. Health hazard, mosquitoes. So I bought and installed this lock. It was acceptable for them. I tried to pull it off because I thought I had installed it wrong. It would not budge whatsoever. Come to find out it was installed properly. I was locking it wrong....lol. Great price too!
