Coolife Luggage Expandable(only 28) Suitcase 3 Piece Set with TSA Lock Spinner 20in24in28in (lake blue)

We just received this set of luggage a couple of days ago. We were able to purchase this set for $119. In my opinion it is safe to count on the 97% 4 & 5 star ratings on the product. I was originally concerned with a number of the 1-3 star ratings, but reading the reviews and now in possession of the set, I say disregard the poor reviews. Any product can arrived damaged or scratched as a result of poor shipping/handling by the carrier - that is not a manufacturer defect. Additionally, one has to be reasonable for the price you pay for a product. Coolife is not a premium luggage brand. This is a Chinese made set of luggage and its obvious that the manufacturer has some percentage of acceptable defects. I have fully inspected the set we received. It is well made, no defects, and is completely worth the low price. It appears sturdy enough to stand up to rough baggage handlers. Keep in mind any luggage premium or discount is subject to breakage when baggage brutes throw these things around. We are using for the first time next week on cross country flights. We will use luggage straps around any bags we check to assure extra protection. I rated this five stars except for durability, Ill share our travel results/durability upon our return from our trips. This is a good deal and worth the super low price.

Purchased three sets, each of three sizes, (nine pieces total) in early 2019. Last week was the first time used Coolife blue set and the top of the large case split about 1.5-2 in the area of the extendable handle. Case was only carrying about 40 pounds of clothes. Now I see that we are past the time to return the defective luggage. I use one of the other sets for extensive business travel and Im now thinking this was a bad $450 decision. Luggage rolls well but a first time use split of the case is not a good indication of durability. More critically is the return policy. Apparently, after 30 days it is your problem. UPDATE - The company contacted me within 24 hours and showed real concern for the problem - and they replaced the case that developed the crack. This year, we have purchased three sets of the luggage - each with three pieces - and all other cases have held up very well. Very happy with the company and the resolution.

Ive only used the smaller size and it worked great. Its lightweight and holds a lot. And of course the deep purple color is just what I wanted. Ill be using the larger one in a few weeks but I anticipate that it will work just as well if not better.

Rolls easily, zippers smoothly fit into locks, handles well. I went through 2 VERY busy international airports with some janky af old softside roller luggage (“expertly” packed by my husband-70lbs of pure hate and awkwardness) and realized I had to get new luggage since my health now requires me to travel from my healthcare black hole to one where I have a vague hope of survival. It was bad. Your luggage is WAY more important than I thought it was. Sooo I found this and there might’ve been a hallelujah chorus. But unless it breaks quickly it is awesome.

The luggage looks good and I was happy until 3 years after purchase (we dont travel that much) a wheel broke. Emailed Coolife and they said it was out of warranty. I told them that I just wanted to buy a new wheel from them. I was told they dont sell parts. Asked where to buy and who made the wheels. Told they make the wheels. I have tried many other replacement wheels but they dont fit. You would think they could have found me a wheel. Very disappointed. Would not buy again.

I purchased to use for several things but mostly because I go in between several different offices to see different clients. Packing up resources is important as well something that could easily be maneuvered, take some wear and tear yet still look good. These do just that. I loved the different color options! I only wish you could customize the set to include cases of different colors. Not a big deal though. The only thing I can see at this point is if my office/computer/brief case/bag is fully packed, when I use the feature to slip over the extending telescope handle of especially the smaller one, it is likely to tip over. I did think they would be a bit heavier than they are, more of a sturdier “metal” type of material as the outside shell of them but it’s more of a heavier “plastic” type. Not cheap plastic. I use that loosely, it’s definitely the type that is very durable. All in all, great purchase, great price, and a cool modern look for using mostly as an office bag/luggage.

Got this set for my husband when he started a new job that required heavy travel. The larger suitcase was his most used. The expansion zipper broke in less than a year. The solution when we contacted customer service was that we could take it somewhere to get it fixed. It has now been 3 years and the larger suitcase has actually cracked. If youre a casual traveler, they would probably be ok. The small and medium suitcases have held up well, but have traveled very little compared to the largest one.

I used it for travel and it holds up. I compared it to other brands and it very similar structure and built the same.

Ordered this set in purple... it is a very deep purple, not the bright purple that it looks like in the pictures. The set is very light, seems to maneuver ok on my kitchen floors. I havent traveled yet, so not sure how durable they are after a trip through the airport. The most disappointing thing was that the TSA lock on the smallest bag arrived broken. Now, Ill probably never check that bag, so it may not be a big deal, but it was still disappointing. The locks on the other two bags were easy to set and they work fine. Instructions were included, so Im not sure why others reported that the instructions werent there. Anyway, well see how they hold up after the four trips through the airport that are coming up. UPDATE: The first time through the airport, one of the wheels on the largest bag broke off. Im going to try to contact the manufacturer, since there is supposed to be a warranty. Well see what happens. UPDATE: Contacted this company about getting a replacement or a refund. They wouldnt give me a refund, but they did send a replacement suitcase free of charge. Its from a different set and not the same style or color, so my set doesnt match, but at least they did something to try and make it right, so I appreciate that.

These are beautiful! Ordered for my trip in Dec. Havent used yet, but I am very happy so far. Color is amazing! Beautiful Red, I was reluctant because the picture of them looked like it had whitish lines on front. But its all red! They twirl with ease! Pretty roomy. My daughter ordered the blue & the color is also amazing!!! Ive been looking for red luggage for years, finally found what I was looking for!!!!!
