12-06-2025I had to fly into the Salt Lake airport which has an extremely long walk from arrivals to baggage claim (like a mile!). Also, I am really short and so dealing with overhead compartments on planes is stressful for me. I wanted a suitcase that would make my airport experience better. I was able to pack everything I would need for a 10 day trip into the biggest suitcase, so I didn’t have to deal with a second one for carry on. The hard case was perfect for protecting what I had packed. The wheels rolled so smoothly, it was a breeze to maneuver the case in any direction or way that I wanted! And the color is pretty and easy to spot at baggage claim (I chose the blue) Very pleased!

> 3 dayUpdating after receiving a replacement (added side by side pictures- summer 2019)... Yes, this suitcase is nice to look at. No this suitcase (at least my experience with the larger one) is NOT durable as advertised. The advertisement reads: Made of lightweight and durable 100% ABS material, with an impact-resistant hard shell, Molded corner guard reinforcements for absorbing and deflecting shock for maximum impact resistance. My first experience with the larger unit of this set is that is lovely to look at and lightweight, but does not have the durability and so-called maximum impact resistance that it is advertised to have the capacity for. Also, just to be aware if you did not catch the updated section of the description, the other two suitcases dont expand (as one would assume from the expandable headline wording- only the larger suitcase expands). I was initially very disappointed, and as someone who travels frequently, found this not worth the buy since it busted (and was not over the 50lb weight limit) after 3 flights. I was able to get a hold of customer service to send pictures and they swiftly (since I was in the midst of traveling) sent me a replacement to the address Ive been staying at while out of town (it didnt come in the color of my set and the wheels, and inside pockets are different) so that I can fly home with a new suitcase. Ill update on whether the suitcase holds up after this flight, and if so, will update when I travel again in November and end of December/January when I have bigger trips... UPDATE Winter 2020: The replacement suitcase that I received is much better quality than the ones purchased as a set (with the raised wheels)- if you want to buy from this company, I would recommend the version with the wheels that are closer to the base of the unit! I would give the replacement suitcase a 4 rating (which I have finally changed this rating to), but the set of suitcases as a whole (because of the large bag that busted so easily) only gets a 2-3 rating. So be conscious when purchasing this set!

> 3 dayMy husband and I went on a cruise recently, and he took my old 24 Samsonite hardshell (which cost more than this whole set when new) while I took the 24 Coolife. He commented several times on how much lighter mine was than his, and how much more smoothly it rolled than the Samsonite. Great color, it easily stands out from the sea of black bags on the carousel. The shell feels a little flimsier than my old Samsonite, but held up well during its maiden voyage. A few scuffs here and there, but that is to be expected. Its roomy on the inside. Only two things would make this better. First, the chrome accents on the handles are not a practical choice - they were all visibly and obviously scuffed and scratched. It would wear much better if these were just solid black, or had a less fragile accent than chrome. The second thing would be the desire to replace the seat belt straps on one side of the bag with another zippered flap like on the other side. I had this on my old Samsonite and I used the heck out of it for a way to compartmentalize all my stuff. Other than that, Im very please with my purchase and Im looking forward to using the whole set on a trip to Australia and New Zealand in a few months.

> 3 dayI was expecting a hard shell, which these are not. They have a durable shell, but not completely hard. When I received them, I only saw one in the box. Little did I know, they were nested inside each other, which made were very fun opening experience. And its also easy to store them later because they dont take up so much space. These handled a lot of weight and a lot of use. If I ever need more luggage cases, Ill be back. Plus, theyve got a variety of colors, which is nice.

> 3 dayThe very first time my wife used the large piece of luggage, the arm that extends broke. But...they replaced it right away, so I am happy with that. Maybe it was an isolated incident. She hasnt used the other smaller pieces of luggage yet.

Greater than one weekI got these to try a hardside luggage for the first time. I received them and they are nice quality. Nothing too fancy but nice for the price. They all have a zip divider that can be left open if you want a larger open space. They roll very well and the function of the handles is smooth. I was concerned about the weight of hardside bags but they dont feel heavy. I weighed all three to confirm the actual weight. I cant comment on the longevity yet because I havent had them long enough but I will try to give an update. At this point I recommend them especially for price.

> 3 dayI bought this set for my daughter to take to Europe. However, I borrowed the carry-on to use on my honeymoon. Unfortunately, it was stolen and it as it turns out she is only able to take a carry-on to Europe. I would really like to be able to replace the stolen piece without having to buy a whole new set.

> 3 dayThe wheels on these are absolutely horrendous!!!! I used the large suitcase TWICE and the wheel on one half broke off so I could no longer move it. Then I used the 24” ONCE and the entire wheel was broken off when I picked it up in baggage claim on my way to my destination!!! I absolutely would NOT recommend these suit cases for that reason. I loved the durability of these suitcases along with the locks on the side. Those were very easy to use. While using these suit cases I did not notice any major wear or tear on the BODY of the suitcase, even though I was only able to use them a couple of times lol if they had better wheels that were more durable like the body then I would possibly reconsider. Update: the company has been very great with customer service and has been very diligent in rectifying my concerns!!! 4 stars for customer service.
