Greater than one weekWordPerfect is far superior to MS Word! I purchased a new computer so I needed to replace some of the software I commonly use. WordPerfect installed with no problems. I wish QB, MS Outlook and Epson printer drivers would have installed as easily! I have been using WordPerfect for about 25 years and love the control I have and not being told by MS what I want to do!

> 3 dayPurchased from Amazon, paid $65, downloaded, software requested serial number, it did not arrive with it, tried to contact Amazon, cannot connect with them, sent email to WordPerfect help line, no response. All in all, very frustrating. Might be time to leave Amazon.
